Concert? Eh, Why Not?
Author: Cho Chang
Date: 04-13-03 19:17

Cho was making her hair wavy with a little spell she'd gotten from Sykra's hair spell book, pleased with what she saw. She was dressed in jeans and a Ravenclaw blue with embroidery kimono-like top that ended just above her knees with her Hogwarts robe cast over the back of a chair to be grabbed before leaving the dorm.

Aradia had decided, or rather it looked as though she had, to wear her hair straight this evening with an ever-so-slight hint of blue. Dressed like Cho in jeans but wearing a navy shirt that flattered her torso very nicely. Her own Hogwarts robe resting over one shoulder, boredly waiting for the other two.

Sykra, on the other hand, was fussing over what shirt to wear with her own jeans, as well as shoes, considering Orlando -might- be there as hinted by Cho. Sykra's own hair was up in a series of spikes and twists and mini-buns with her everpresent purple highlights. After Cho had finished with her hair and thrown her Hogwarts robe over a shoulder, she grabs Sykra's robe and takes Sykra's arm, "You're coming now, I like that shirt, it goes very well with your hair, let's go. Aradia, you get her other arm."

Sykra stammers, "Oooohhhh..But Cho!!! Can't I just have one more minute? What if..."

Aradia rolls her eyes, pinching Sykra as they get her out the door, "No more 'one more minutes,' let's go!"

Cho leaves Aradia holding on to Sykra to take the stairs two at a time to get to Fynn and Golbez's room, she knocks and the reponse if a few hacking coughs, furrowing her brow, she pushes the door slightly open, seeing Fynn bedridden and Golbez very tired looking, "Oh no..What's wrong you two?"

Fynn looks to her apologetically, voice hoarse from coughing and build up from whatever was ailing him, "I'm sorry...I'm suddenly sick...You go...I'll" he trails off, not having the strength for much more.

She looks to Golbez who reads the question in her eyes, "A nurse's already been 'ere to medicate him."

Frowning, she moves to his bedside and kisses his sweaty forehead before wiping it off with a washcloth, "I promise I won't have too much fun...Get better," sighing, she closes the door behind her and trudges down the stairs, relaying the news to Sykra and Aradia before demanding herself to brighten up as they go towards Hogsmeade. Once outside the castle, the fresh air lightens her mood and they make good time to the place of the concert, getting the best seats still available, forgetting all of their worries for the time being.

Decision Time
Author: Pyrrhus
Date: 04-13-03 20:20

Pyrrhus had spent some time before breakfast holed up with Jet, going over some of the information Jet had learned from Salazar Slytherin's diary. As interesting as it all was, Py managed to pull himself away to meet Isolde and Alexis for breakfast. He'd thought Lia would be joining them but something's been bothering her of late and she never seems to be around anymore.

After finishing the meal, the three had walked down to Hogsmeade where the poked around in the various shops. After gorging themselves on butterbeer and cake, Py and Isolde decided it was time to head to the bookstore. They made sure Alexis knew she was more than welcome to join them if she wanted.

Once at the bookstore, Mr. Statford seemed extremely happy to see them and not only ushered them to the secret room but left a nice array of food and drinks for them as well. Isolde and Py had settled in to pick up reading where each had left off last time, the silence broken only by Pyrrhus finally saying, "If you want to go to the concert, then go. The main reason I'm not going is because the guy's also made a name for himself in the Muggle world. Hell, if you really want to go and want me to escort you, you know I'd gladly go simply to please you, Isolde. Just say the word."

Soup's On
Author: H Potter
Date: 04-13-03 20:41

Harry, along with Sirius, Ron and Hermione, sit sprawled around Sirius's den. The four are debating whether to get off their lazy bums and eat a proper lunch and whether after said lunch to attend the Captain Electron concert. Sirius pulls himself up out of one extremely comfortable looking, overstuffed chair and starts towards the kitchen.

"I guess I should be the adult now and say no more sweets until after a warm, filling meal, even if I am the one who bought the sweets and temptingly arranged them on a tray within easy reach of where all of you are sitting."

Hermione gets, and following Sirius, offers to make tea. A moment later there's a knock on the front door. They hear the front door opening and familiar voice calls out, "Sirius, achara, it's Dierna."

Harry pokes his head into the hall calls to Dierna while also gesturing her to come join them in the den. "Down here, Dierna. Sirius just went to the kitchen to start preparing lunch. You'll stay and eat with us of course."

Giving Harry an affectionate hug and giving Ron a warm greeting, Dierna chuckles. "I'm actually here to invite all of you to lunch at my house. It's all prepared. All that's lacking are people to join me for it."

"Excellent! Just let me stop Sirius before he starts cooking!" Harry dashes off to the kitchen. A scant few seconds later, Harry, Hermione, and Sirius reenter the den with Sirius booming out, "We'd be happy to have lunch with you, Dierna. Lead the way."

It takes less than a minute to walk from Sirius's next door to Dierna's. A rather ecstatic House Elf named Blinkey meets them as they walk into the house and taking the hand of the nearest person, practically drags Ron to the dining table, the others hot on his heels. Before long, everyone is so busy sampling all the great dishes, further talk about attending the concert is all but forgotten.

Not for Me, Thanks
Author: Alexis Black
Date: 04-13-03 21:01

"We're off to uh... the bookstore." Pyrrhus told Alexis meaningfully. "You're welcome to come if you'd like."

"Yeah, I'll be there. I'm just going to stop by the joke shop for a minute." Isolde gave Alexis a look that said she knew what her friend was up to, but Alexis didn't care. She hadn't seen Fynn for a week and she wanted to find him. The joke shop was one of the few places the Slytherins hadn't been to today.

Wandering down the main street, Alexis caught sight of Cho and her Ravenclaw friends. Fynn wasn't with them, meaning that he wasn't in Hogsmeade at all. Slightly perplexed, Alexis retreated back to the bookstore to find Isolde and Pyrrhus again.

As soon as Alexis entered the secret room, Isolde asked her, "Are you going to the concert?"

"Nah," Said Alexis absently, "I have no desire to be squashed in a room with a bunch of screaming girls, and I don't really like Captain Electron's music all that much." She didn't have a galleon, either, but she didn't mention that part. "I'd rather stay here. What about you guys?"

A New Deatheater
Author: Voldemort
Date: 04-13-03 21:37

After months of caution I have finally decided to let Lucius bring the Russian girl to me to receive her Dark Mark. So far she had conducted herself cautiously and passed on much valuable information. She stands before me, in my secret lair, her arm extended. I point my wand and say the incantation to Mark her as my servant. There is a brief flash of light and the Dark Mark appears on the forearm of Radinka Fedorovskaya.

"The Dark Mark is your first reward for your efforts, Radinka Fedorovskaya. When you bring the coward and traitor Karakoff to me, you shall receive a greater one. If you fail, the consequence will be severe."

She shakes her head empathically. "I vill not fail you, Lord Voldemort."

"Good, see you don't. Continue being cautious and listen to Lucius."

I turn to Lucius then. "When you bring Karakoff to me I will leave you to punish him appropriately."

Let's Stay Here
Author: Isolde
Date: 04-14-03 08:09

"Well, if you don't want to go," Isolde began, swiveling her head from Alexis to Pyrrhus, "and you don't want to go, then I don't want to go. Captain Electron isn't exactly my favorite rock star either; some of his songs are lame. I'd just want to go to see some of those uptight Huffledorks let it all hang out, or the professors–can you imagine Professor McGonagall getting friendly with the band–"

"I'd rather not," Pyrrhus interjected, laughing. Alexis cringed.

"Yes, I know." Isolde laughed. "How can something so unimaginable paint such a vivid picture in your minds?"

The three shared more looks of horror amidst laughter, and then Isolde became serious once more. "I think we'll probably have more fun staying here anyway," she said. "Look at us. We're already having a good time, laughing so hard that the tears are coming out of our eyes!"

"No," Pyrrhus said between chuckles, "I think I'm crying because I've been permanently damaged by that horrible image you placed in my mind."

"I don't think I'm ever going to be able to look at McGonagall now without imagining her as a band groupie," Alexis added.

"Well, as long as it makes Transfiguration class more interesting," Isolde said, grinning. "Now, who's for a game of Exploding Snap?"

Two Weeks to Go
Author: Fred Weasley
Date: 04-14-03 09:44

"Can you believe that Charlie's going to be married in two weeks?" asked Fred as he restocked boxes of Coffee Toffee (cough-inducent mocha, vanilla or hazelnut flavored sweets).

George whistled as he unwrapped one of the toffees and replied, "Well, they are already married. Do you realize that they'll be renewing their marriage vows on their four-month anniversary?"

"Since when do you keep up with anniversary dates?" Fred wondered. "Sometimes I get the impression that you don't even remember my birthday, and it's the same day as yours!"

"Well," George started, shrugging, "you tend to remember these things when you've got a girlfriend...or when you had one."

Fred shook his head. "No, you don't. No man remembers important dates. It's part of the code."

"The code?" George started coughing.

"Yeah, the code." Fred paused, waiting for his twin to recover from the toffee. "It's the code to being a guy. It drives girls crazy, you know? Gives them another reason to get frustrated with us."

"I'm surprised Majandra agreed to go to the wedding with me," George admitted suddenly.

"She still loves you, George," Fred said. "She misses you just as much as you miss her, if not more."

"You think so?"

Fred didn't really know for sure, but he hated seeing his brother so down. "Yeah. I think so. Anyway, we're going to have fun at this wedding. You and Majandra, me and Blossom...the whole family will be there and then some. It'll be a night to remember, that's for sure."

Onstage
Author: Captain Electron
Date: 04-14-03 11:20

The band was winding down out there, and Electron could hear the audience chattering away. He could just about feel the buzz in the air. Waiting in the wings, he checked his guitar one more time, then tapped it with his wand and did the spell to make it extra-loud.

The lights dimmed, flickered, and came up again in multi-coloured flashes. The music was quiet for a moment as the band took their places at the back of the stage, then started up again - first quiet, then getting louder, and Bob started beating hell out of the drums. The crowd screamed. Electron grinned.

"Sonorus," he muttered, pointing at his throat, and put the wand down, careful not to say anything that he wouldn't want a crowd of students to hear. On cue, he strode out into the centre of the stage, waved at the crowd, and then brought his hand down on the guitar, sending soaring music reverberating off the walls.

The glitter started falling from the ceiling, and Electron could just about make out one of the Toms dancing on the bar.

"Hello Hogsmeade!!" he roared, pleased to note that Sonorus was working perfectly today.

In Attendance
Author: Draco Malfoy
Date: 04-14-03 15:15

After paying the galleon entry fee (and two more for his lackeys, Crabbe and Goyle), Draco slipped into the back of the darkened room and waited for his eyes to adjust to his surroundings. Captain Electron was already onstage, singing and strumming his guitar, and everyone in the audience was dancing, screaming and singing along.

Draco stepped forward and started weaving through the crowd to get closer to the stage. Crabbe and Goyle acted their part perfectly, pushing through the throng of excited students and stepping on their fair share of feet in the process. They cleared out a nice spot near the front right of the stage, where Draco leaned up against a railing and casually looked around the room.

Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Some Hufflepuff students were dancing energetically to the music, though well in the range of what would be considered tasteful since a watchful professor stood nearby. Draco turned away from the crowd and took in the action on the stage, drumming his fingers to the beat. Behind him, Crabbe and Goyle bobbed their heads to the rhythm and acted as bodyguards, preventing the other students from getting too close to their boss.

The Plot Thickens
Author: Aaron Miller
Date: 04-14-03 16:21

Wishing I could be in Hogsmeade rather than cooped up yet again in my office on a Saturday, I glance at the clock on my desk. My stomach starts grumbling the second it sinks in that it's well past lunchtime. Leaving my office, I walk down the hall, looking around to see if anyone else Josh has assigned to the supposed group portion of the project is still around.

Over the past few hours someone would periodically pass by my office and call out a goodbye such as, "Well, I'm off now" or "See you Monday" but I hadn't kept track of how many had left already. Finding not a single soul even in the kitchenette/break room, I decide that as with most Saturday afternoons of late, the only people around are the security guard and me. I get a soda out of the machine and buy a packet of cheese crackers. As I walk back to my office I mentally go through the stack of papers still left and figure I can be done and out of here within an hour.

Halfway back down the hall, I hear my phone ringing and sprint to answer. I pick it up just before my voice mail kicks in. "Hello, Aaron Miller speaking."

My boss's excited voice fairly yells at me, "Aaron, it's Josh! We've got it! The proof! I've got the papers in my hands!"

I cut eagerly cut in, "Is it.."

"Yes!" Josh yells before I even finish the question. In a calmer tone Josh continues, "A warrent has already been issued for his arrest. If he's still at the office, I can direct the authorities there."

I start to reply that no, he left ages ago but a throat clearing draws my eyes to the door. Seeing the gun in Henry Chilblaine's hand I end up saying, "Yes, yes that's correct. Talk to you more about it on Monday. Bye." I hastily hang up the phone as Henry walks to my desk, an evil grin on his face.

Extra Hands
Author: Julian Valentine
Date: 04-15-03 12:19

Julian made some notations in the store's account book then gathering up some papers and grabbing the bag of mainly galleons but with a few sickles and knuts as well, he calls out to Lysander. "Going to the bank. Shouldn't be long."

Jules walks the short distance to the new branch of Gringotts and nodding to the Goblin who opens the door for him, he enters the pleasant looking interior. "Have to give Weasel that much," Julian thinks, "made this place look much more inviting and brighter looking than the majority of the Gringotts branches are."

Glad not to see the pest anywhere around, Julian quickly conducts his business then heads over to the bakery with the intention of saying hello to Briar and to pick up some snacks for not only himself but the Stratfords as well. Chyler is eating very healthily these days but on occasion she wants nothing more than some confection made of sugar and little else.

Julian is surprised to find Briar working alone on such a busy day. Despite a vast number of students attending the concert, there are still enough who chose not to go to keep a store hopping. Upon learning that no one showed up for work today and as yet, none have replied to the messages Briar had a student send for her by owl, Julian dashes across the street to the bookstore and tells Lysander he'll be a little longer than he'd thought. Send for him at the bakery if he's needed.

Jogging the short way back to the bakery, Julian hopes he's not left Lysander in a bind. The Flint boy proved to be unreliable so they'd ended up firing him. These days anymore even when Chyler is working she mainly sits in the office or perches on a stool (with back support of course) directing Lysander and him on how to clean the shelves or how to display a new arrival of books.

As he re-enters the bakery, Julian mutters under his breath, "Well, if things get really busy at the bookstore before Lysander can send for me, he can always put our special Slytherin friends to work." A moment later Jules has tied on an apron and is serving people at the counter, giving Briar a chance to whip up some freshly baked items.

Music Preferences
Author: Jet
Date: 04-15-03 17:31

Jet meanders down High Street, no real destination in mind. Periodically, he steps into one of the shops to browse, occasionally buying an item or two. After a huge lunch at the wonderful Spinning Horn, Jet had gone to the bakery for dessert. He'd also bought a few pastries, cookies, and a cake to take back to school at the end of the day.

Later, while in Gladrags Wizardwear buying some new shoes, one of the ladies there asks, "Not up for the concert, duckie?"

Jet shakes his head no, an odd smile on his face, "None of this modern nonsense for me. I prefer older music." Then to himself he adds, "About a thousand years older."

Christmas Spirit
Author: Dobby
Date: 04-15-03 18:58

With all his work for the day completed and with the castle virtually empty, Dobby is taking the opportunity to get ahead on the making of Christmas presents. He's got special plans for his good friends but this year Dobby has decided to make a little something for every single staff member and student. Even the ones who often act like such bloody little brats, including Draco Malfoy.

Dobby looks over at Winky, once more expressing his thanks for her help. With so many students plus the faculty (and all its support staff) Dobby knows he's going to be cutting it close to have everything done by the last day of school.

Cool Concert
Author: Ginny Weasley
Date: 04-15-03 19:57

Ginny had skipped breakfast to get to Hogsmeade early. After all, she knew she could grab a bite to eat at the bakery anytime she felt like it and Briar never charged any of the Weasleys for anything they got at her shop. Ginny spent the morning Christmas shopping. The holiday would be soon upon them and the last thing Ginny wanted, what with all the chaos at home with the wedding preparations, was to try and buy presents once the school term had ended.

After making a great deal of headway with purchases, Ginny had met several friends, including Brett and Aussie, for lunch at The Spinning Horn. From there Ginny and some of the others returned to Hogwarts long enough to drop off their packages and to change for the Captain Electron concert. Once back in town, Ginny joined the growing crowd rushing to the concert venue.

Now, a couple of hours later, wearing a Captain Electron t-shirt over her jumper, Ginny is winded from non-stop dancing and singing along with the songs she knows. An icy cup of a drink Ginny's been told is the Muggle soda Coca Cola is shoved in her hand by Neville. Thanking him, Ginny quickly downs the contents and then readily accepts Neville's invitation to dance.

During the entire show, Ginny only briefly thinks that Ron, Hermione, and Harry are missing out on a bloody, brilliant blast!

Conversations and Return to the Castle
Author: Hermione Granger
Date: 04-16-03 08:30

With bellies stuffed and appetites satisfied, Harry, Hermione, Ron, Sirius, Dierna and the House Elf named Blinkey enjoyed conversation covering a wide range of subjects such as the students' upcoming last week of classes before the winter break, holiday plans and Christmas wishes.

Hermione explained her plans to spend the holidays at home with her parents, something she hadn't done in several years. She added that Gabriel would also be joining the Grangers for winter vacation since his parents are going on holiday elsewhere for some business-related function.

Harry quickly jumped in to invite Ron "and Ginny, too, if she wants, that is" to stay at Sirius' house for the weekend after school ends, or at least to use the fireplace and floo home instead of taking the train back to Kings Cross Station. Ron seemed agreeable to this, though he clearly didn't like the idea of Hermione and Gabriel sharing a train compartment alone for an entire day.

"Hermione, why don't you get your fireplace at home temporarily connected to the Floo Network?" Ron suggested casually.

Sirius nodded his head and said, "That's a good idea, Ron. It'll be much faster than the train. You and Gabriel can use my fireplace too, if you'd like."

Hermione smiled. "Oh, that would be lovely. I'll write to my parents tonight and let them know to prepare the fireplace for our arrival. Mum always decorates it for the holidays...loads of kitsch everywhere. She'd have a fit if we accidentally landed on her Santa and Mrs. Claus dolls."

Harry laughed and looked as his watch to check the time. "Oh, it'll be dark soon. We probably ought to be on our way to the castle again."

"Well, thank you for coming over and helping me with all of this food!" Dierna said, and Blinkey nodded enthusiastically.

Everyone began climbing to their feet, some helping to put away the dishes but Blinkey seemed very eager to do it all herself. "Go on, Harry Potter and friends. Blinkey can manage."

Hugs and hand shakes were exchanged and as Dierna and Sirius walked the three students out of the door, Sirius said, "See you three next weekend."

"Hermione, I'll be sure and see that your fireplace is connected to the Network for the weekend," Dierna added, waving from the doorway.

"Okay," Hermione said. "Goodbye!"

"Bye, Sirius. Bye, Dierna," Harry said, smiling.

Ron gave a little wave, and then the three set off for High Street and Hogwarts.

Something Strange
Author: Ethan Somerset
Date: 04-16-03 09:52

Ethan was still adjusting to his transformation; one and a half months had passed since it had happened. While his senses told him what to do and how to feel, occasional glimpses of the light still perplexed him from time to time, although these circumstances came few and far between and everyday all the more so. It wouldn't be long now before he'd cease to question himself, before the mission would become clear.

As one of the younger professors at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Ethan had agreed to attend the Captain Electron concert and to serve as a chaperone. Perhaps leaving the castle, the environment in which the changes had occurred, and stepping into an entirely different atmosphere would give him the opportunity to think unhindered.

Deep down he knew that the chances of him having a breakthrough and discovering the reasons for his downward spiral were slim, particularly at this point. Maybe someday he'd figure it all out, maybe someday he'd right the wrongs he'll surely commit...

About halfway through the concert, a figure slipped into the building and stood up against the far wall where Ethan was leaning with his arms folded across his chest as he gazed into the crowd of hyper-active students and onto the stage where Captain Electron and his fellow bandmates were playing. She stared at the commotion as well, silently listening to the music and the enthusiastic screams of the teenage girls.

Suddenly, all thoughts of reformation and finding answers were forgotten. He felt something...something familiar...

He turned, watching the woman for a few minutes, trying to hone into that presence he knew was in there somewhere. Was she as he thought she might be? Was she maybe just like him? A mysterious smile toyed with his lips as he approached her.

"It's like a pack of sardines in here," Ethan shouted, replacing the dark smile with a friendly one.

Adriana Fairchild turned and smiled at the speaker. "Got any mustard?"

Ethan grinned and admitted playfully, "Hate the stuff. So, what are you doing here?"

"Oh," Adriana paused, shrugging. "I thought I'd see what all the fuss is about. Doesn't really look like my chaperoning services are needed, though." She gazed out at the crowd again.

"No, the students do seem to be behaving themselves," agreed Ethan. He followed her gaze for a moment and then turned back to Adriana, studying her quietly if not intriguingly. He felt a wicked smile form on his lips again, so excited was he at the prospect of finding someone else like him.

Evidently aware of his staring, Adriana snapped her head around to face Ethan once more, whose evil grin vanished in an instant. He briefly wondered if she was in tune with his feelings, but if this was the case, her facial features bore no knowledge of it.

"Adriana, can I ask you a question?" he asked, breaking the awkward silence between them.

She nodded, keeping her expression devoid of any signs of emotion. "Sure, what's up?"

Ethan leaned his left shoulder up against the wall and quickly organized his thoughts. "Did anything," he paused for effect, "strange happen during your first year of teaching at Hogwarts?"

A-ha!

Briefly, her facial expression changed...not to one of bewilderment or curiosity, but to remembrance and uneasiness.

As quickly as this change in emotion came over her, it faded, but he certainly peaked her interest with his question. "Well, what exactly do you mean by strange, Ethan? Because," she began, chuckling slightly, "it was all very strange for me, realizing all in one day that I was a witch and if I wanted to be, the new Muggle Studies professor..."

"Oh, I do imagine that was very strange for you," Ethan admitted. But that's not the answer I'm looking for, Adriana.

"So, tell me, Ethan," Adriana said curiously, "has something strange happened to you?"

Ethan stopped, slack-jawed, wracking his brain for a plausible answer. Answer faster, answer faster...

"Well, it's my first time teaching...ever, and I'm afraid that sometimes I feel like I still don't have the hang of it. Sometimes I think I'm not cut out for this, it just feels so...strange."

She seemed satisfied with his answer, and it was then that he realized that while he felt some kind of connection with her, she was different. He just wasn't sure how.

A little less than an hour later, the concert started to wind down. Adriana and Ethan continued to chat in the back of the room until it was time to return back to the castle.

Last Dance
Author: Captain Electron
Date: 04-16-03 11:48

"Thank you and goodnight!" Electron shouted to the crowd. It wasn't night - just nearing on 6pm, but it was instinct. He turned, ignoring the disappointed groans from below, and walked off the stage. Just as he'd hoped, they started chanting for more.

It was the usual ploy - he was gone, but the Boomers were still onstage, making little tuning-type noises on their instruments, and Electron cast a quick glance at the clock on the wall before hurrying to change into his last stage robe of the evening. This one was bright red, sparkling with dazzling sequins and glitter where it opened. Even more when the stage light caught it, he knew. The chanting was getting louder and turned to screaming when he dashed back onstage, grinning and waving at the crowd.

One last song, and then he really did have to finish, if he didn't want the headmaster of Hogwarts down on him. Siobhan came forward to sing the last chorus with him, and the instrumental at the end seemed to go on forever - lights dimming, audience tired and breathless, and Electron on a high. He gave Freddie a nod, and Freddie went off to the side of the stage, picked up a bucket, and emptied its contents - Electron-logo-stamped chocolate - out into the crowd, while Electron bade them all good night once more, landing a last chord on his guitar.

After a few minutes, the lights came up to normal, but by that stage Electron and the band were safely backstage. He stuck his head out, catching the eye of one of the Toms, and indicated for them to come backstage as promised. Then he ducked back inside, looking for his wand, right where he'd left it.

"Quietus," he boomed, pointing, and immediately started coughing. "'scuse me," he whispered hoarsely. "Have to get that gargle... then we can party!"

Finis
Author: Albus Dumbledore
Date: 04-16-03 19:20

Leaning over to Minerva I shout, "Well! This was not quite as raucous as I had expected!" Actually, I had quite enjoyed several of the numbers. Not exactly what one might call "Chamber Music", but enjoyable, nonetheless. The Captain finished, then came back for one encore. As the last chords faded and he left the stage in a glitter of sequins, I reached out to my friend of many years.

"Would you care to stop at The Three Broomsticks for a "nightcap"?" I ask.

She pauses for a moment then replies, "I think not tonight, Albus. We really should be getting back to the Castle, ourselves."

"Ah, yes! I suppose we should be setting a good example for the students." I offer her my arm and together, we walk the length of High Street and up the hill.
